Recovery after delivery is essential for mom and baby especially within the first 6 days following childbirth! Often times no one will teach mom what to do to recover following childbirth whether vaginal or Cesarean birth. Without proper recovery, symptoms of dysfunction can show within the first year of delivery or even years later. Postpartum recovery includes pelvic health rehabilitation immediately following childbirth as well as a postpartum exercise recovery program so you can begin to safely strengthen your body. This is important so you can care for your baby and family, perform your daily activities, eliminate pain, prevent injury and eventually return to your fitness goals, hobbies or meaningful activities.
