• tools specific for your body to support your pregnancy and your desired birth and labor 
• birthing and pushing techniques 
• prepare your body efficiently for VBAC or Cesarean Birth as well as vaginal birth with or without epidural
• exercises to improve birth outcomes and create more balance in the pelvis for baby to engage 
• learn how to prevent stalls so baby can maneuver easier through the pelvis 
• create balance in the pelvis and lessen your chances of being induced 
• strategies to prevent severe diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness, tearing, prolapse and pain.  
• preparation & education to help eliminate fear so you  feel more confident and relaxed to birth 
• exercises to strengthen your body properly while  managing the changes that comes with pregnancy
• Birth prep also includes teaching your partner how s/he can confidently & actively help you during labor and birth
